Effective August 30, 2026
Privacy policy
Upkeeping collects the information needed to operate your account and maintenance schedule: email addresses you add, authentication and session records, saved tasks, completion records, home settings you choose to provide, and basic security and service logs. Session records do not retain IP addresses or browser user-agent strings.
How we use information
We use it to provide and secure the service, sync your schedule, send email you request or opt into, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Security information
If you enable two-factor authentication, its setup secret is encrypted and recovery codes are stored only as one-way hashes. Error monitoring is configured without default personal information and does not receive request bodies, email addresses, authentication tokens, or database and email credentials.
Storage and sharing
Service providers may process limited information for hosting, database, email delivery, and error monitoring under their own security obligations. Browser-only guest tasks remain on that browser unless you choose to import them into an account.
Your choices
You can manage verified addresses and active sessions, disable two-factor authentication using an existing factor, and unsubscribe from maintenance reminders while retaining essential account email. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from Account settings. Limited records may be retained when legally required or necessary to prevent abuse.
