How to do it

  1. Confirm the exact washer, accepted manual and fitted inlet arrangement. The selected Miele editions describe checks about every six months, more often after frequent water-supply interruptions.
  2. Arrange qualified service to isolate electricity and water, inspect the inlet-hose and inlet-valve filters, and clean them using the exact model procedure when necessary.
  3. Have service refit both filters, seals and connections, restore the supply and check for leaks. Never operate without the required filters or move stacked equipment using this appointment guide.
  4. Record the completed inspection. Follow the accepted manual and any earlier service advice; this does not invent a recurring filter-replacement or supply-hose replacement interval.

Stop and get help when

  • Leakage or visible damage
  • Overheating or unusual odor

Use a qualified appliance service professional. Do not dismantle equipment.
