How to do it

  1. Confirm the exact DishDrawer model, SKU and manual. Work on each drawer separately; identify its drain filter, filter plate and spray arm.
  2. Follow the manual for access and removal. Clean the drain filter and filter plate using its approved materials and rinse thoroughly. Keep surface-cleaner restrictions separate from the removed-part cleaning instructions.
  3. Refit both filter components with the manual’s alignment marks, then confirm the spray arm turns freely and all parts are properly seated before use.
  4. If a cleaner/descaler was used, complete the detergent wash required by the manual. Record completion and retain the manufacturer’s monthly interval or a selected custom date.

Stop and get help when

  • Sharp glass or debris that cannot be removed safely
  • Filter or plate will not seat correctly
  • Leak, persistent blockage or fault code

Use qualified appliance service for leaks, inaccessible blockages, damaged parts or unsafe access.
