How to do it

  1. Identify the exact model, controller generation, and confirmed manual. Check whether the cleaner program is a regular recommendation or an optional program you have chosen.
  2. Verify the specified product, dose, handling precautions, and operating procedure in the manual and current cleaner label. Do not substitute a general household cleaner or combine cleaning products.
  3. If you can safely follow those owner instructions, perform the specified routine. Get qualified water-treatment help if the product, pressure conditions, or procedure is unclear.
  4. Record the completed maintenance. Keep any product records required by a program you have chosen; a reminder or completion does not establish warranty eligibility.

Stop and get help when

  • Persistent hard water or fault codes
  • Leak, overflow, or wet electrical controls
  • Unknown chemical or suspected salt bridge

Use a qualified water-treatment professional for leaks, pressure isolation, valve disassembly, unresolved faults, or unclear chemical instructions.
